1. ACCEPTABLE USE
By using Leerecs Shop, you agree to:
• Post only lawful, accurate, and respectful content
• Respect intellectual property rights and copyrights
• Not post spam, harassment, or offensive material
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. USER CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY
• You are solely responsible for all content you post
• We do not pre-screen user content and are not liable for user-generated content
• Content represents author's views, not Leerecs Ventures LLC
• We reserve the right to remove objectionable content
• Report violations to: support@leerecs.com

3. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leerecs Ventures LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of this platform or violation of these terms.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY
• Choose an appropriate username
• Use a strong, unique password
• Never share your password (except with authorized support staff)
• Never use another person's account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Mandatory Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, OUR DATA PRACTICES, OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE DETERMINED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. The Company shall have the right to select the arbitrator. If the Company does not exercise this right within 30 days of the demand for arbitration, the arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN WYOMING, AND JUDGMENT ON THE ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.
14.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION OR SEEK RELIEF ON A CLASS BASIS. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
14.3 Jury Trial Waiver

YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OUR DATA PRACTICES.
14.4 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@leerecs.com within 30 days of first accepting this Privacy Policy. If you opt out, neither you nor the Company can require the other to participate in arbitration.
15. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
